"Item was fine, box was a bit dented"
The box showed up with one corner a little dented, so I was kind of worried at first... but the item inside was totally fine. Packaging could probably be a bit better, but it wasn’t a big deal for me

"Really good quality"
The quality was actually really good, like, better than I was expecting. I don’t have much to complain about, honestly. It just felt well made and held up nicely.

"Return Took More Effort Than Expected"
I ordered something from trendyol.com, the return process was kind of more of a hassle than I thought it would be. Like, the steps weren’t super clear at first, and I had to figure a few things out along the way. Support did reply eventually, but yeah, it was slow. I did manage to get the return done in the end, so it worked out, but overall it just wasn’t a very smooth experience.

"Good deals, but the price changes get annoying"
I mostly use Trendyol because the prices are usually better than other places. That said, I get a bit impatient with how fast some product prices change, one minute it looks like a good deal, then it’s different. Still, if you check often enough, you can usually catch a decent price. Delivery was fine too, nothing amazing, but overall I’d say it’s still worth using.

It fits me perfectly. I was paying attention to the small stuff too, like how the shoulders sit, where the hem lands, and whether anything feels tight when I move around, and everything feels just right...

"Late delivery again"
My package showed up late again, and at this point it just feels like something I can’t really count on. I understand delays happen sometimes, but when it happens more than once, it makes the service feel unreliable to me...

"Wrong item at first, but they sorted it out quickly"
I’ll admit I was annoyed when the wrong item showed up, because I’ve had bad luck with returns before and I usually expect them to be a hassle. But Trendyol support got back to me really fast and clearly explained what I needed to do. The return process was simple, and the replacement arrived sooner than I expected. I’m a bit forgiving when mistakes are handled well, they did a good job fixing it.

"Pretty solid tracking overall"
I ordered a few clothes from Trendyol, the tracking was accurate most of the time. It showed when the parcel left the warehouse and again when it was out for delivery. One update did come through a bit late. So for a few hours, I wasn’t really sure where my package was. A little annoying. But it still arrived on the day they said it would. Not perfect, but definitely better than some other sites I’ve used

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I returned a jacket last week because the size wasn’t quite right. Based on past returns I’ve done with other stores, I expected the refund to take a while, but it came back to my card quickly. The app showed each step clearly, so I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder what was happening. It was a nice surprise, and the refund speed was really good.

"Hit or Miss Sellers"
I’ve had mixed experiences here. Some sellers are totally fine and everything goes smoothly, but others don’t seem very reliable. I also don’t really trust customer service to sort things out if something goes wrong, so I’m cautious now before buying

I found what I was looking for, which kind of confirmed what I already thought, they usually have a decent selection. The only downside was that one size was sold out, but that happens. Overall, still a good experience.

"Mixed feelings at first, but not bad"
At first I was like, okay, some of these items actually feel real and decent. Then I started looking closer and got a little unsure about a few of them. i don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but some pieces are convincing and others just give me a different vibe.

"Decent site, but returns were a headache"
My order showed up damaged, and the box was already crushed when it arrived. I sent photos and asked about returning it, but support kept replying with the same basic answers and it dragged on way longer than it should have. I ended up having to chase them again just to get anywhere. The site itself isn’t terrible, which almost makes the whole damaged-item process more impressive in how frustrating it was

"Some discounts are worth checking"
I still check the deals because sometimes you really can save a bit, and that’s enough reason for me to keep looking. That said, not every discount feels like a real bargain, so I try not to get too excited until I compare prices
